Executive Chef: Lance Katcher
At age 5 Lance started his career in the food industry in his grandfather’s Deli in Long Island. Since then he has dedicated his whole live to mastering the craft of cooking and pleasing the pallets of his patrons. At the age of 17 he moved into New York City to go to the school of Hard Knocks at the height of Novell Cuisine. He worked at some of the most wonderful restaurants and the greatest Chefs in the world. Then under their tutelage, Lance refined his own ideas. By the age 24, he began to create his own style and cuisine. Lance became known as one of the most creative young chefs in the city.
